Hoars collar rule live with or without it....like to see a guy being tackled....grabbing a player by colloar or pads (or jersey?) is like holding to me....like to player being tackled. From the different articles I've read on the matter, it seems that accidental facemasks are simply no longer a penalty. If you grab and let go (aka, the facemask does not assist in making the tackle) then its no longer a penalty. If the head turns, though, its 15 yards. Thats not how I read it.
