Here, from the Nashville City Paper, a notebook highlighting the fact that with a win over MSU this weekend, Vanderbilt would be bowl eligible for the first time since 1982. The QB issue is also addressed.
In the Looking Ahead Department, from The Tennessean, a story on bilingual running back Arian Foster. Seriously. He speaks Pterodactyl. Just read the story. VEEEEEK!!!

I found this stat interesting. Vanderbilt is 1-6 all-time in Starkville, and enter the game having lost five straight since 1971.

Herbstreit picked us to win. Don’t know if that’s good or bad.

If it was Corso, I would say it was bad. Herbstreit seems to know his stuff. Even if he does use hair gel.

Did he pick Vandy last week? I know Corso picked Auburn bc he was taunting the Vandy fans pretty hard on gameday.

He also said that Ole Miss will beat South Carolina…..BIG.
