Stansbury in Hospital

I exited our weekly story budget meeting moments ago to learn that MSU men’s coach Rick Stansbury was admitted to Oktibbeha County Hospital last night “with severe migraines and flu-like symptons,” according to a press release. He is now at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, “for cautionary reasons.” His status for Thursday’s game at Cincinnati is not known at the moment.

Stansbury is scheduled to meet with the media tomorrow afternoon. That is subject to change. Here’s best wishes on a quick recovery, coach.
